Please take note that we offer various delivery options, including in-store pickup, curbside delivery, local delivery, and shipment via post or courier. By making an online purchase, you agree to these delivery methods. It's important to be aware that we are unable to ship bikes or hazardous materials, such as batteries, compressed air, aerosol products, and the like.

For online orders, a 15% restocking fee applies, with return shipping being the responsibility of the customer. Special order products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for parts that have been installed, except through our service department. Additionally, refunds or exchanges do not apply to tool purchases.

When promotions are run that include free shipping, all orders will be shipped ground.
