Our primary goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers with each purchase. We provide a wealth of resources and knowledge to assist you in finding the perfect fit for your needs.

For new, unopened products, we accept returns within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee, with return shipping at the customer's expense. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, Lake Country Cycle will promptly provide a replacement, covering the return shipping costs.

Please note that special order products are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for parts that have been installed, except through our service department.

Additionally, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for tools, undergarments, or bike purchases. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service and support for your cycling needs.

Returns - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.


Exchanges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program

If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.

 

Rental Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 24hrs from the reservation date and time will receive a one-time reschedule for a future date.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice are subject to the full cost of the reservation.
  • Your reserved time is the time that is allotted for your reservation. If you do not arrive on time, or require additional time to complete waivers, this will effect the time available for your rental. eg: Your reserved start time is 12pm for a 2 hour rental, your return time is 2pm. If you arrive at 12:15pm, your return time is still 2pm. If you arrive at 12pm and your party has not completed all of their waivers, this will impact your ability to start at 12pm, your return time is still 2pm.
  • Customers who do not show up for their booking will have their equipment held for the first hour (60 minutes) from the designated start time.
