Due to COVID-19 supply issues, parts have become difficult to supply and source. We realize that our customers are searching high and low to find the right products to keep their bikes running. In order for us to continue to run our service department, some parts are being offered with Installation reflected in their pricing. (Currently Chains, and Brake Pads) Parts that are not able to be added to cart may be available through our service department when your ride is being serviced. We will update product availability as the supply situation evolves. We appreciate your understanding and support.
We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase. We offer extensive resources and knowledge to ensure we help you find the perfect fit with every purchase. Refunds/exchanges are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Special order products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on parts that have been installed other than through our service department.
Refunds or exchanges are not applicable on tool purchases.
