Whether your adventure takes you along the Okanagan Rail Trail, through a multitude of wineries, or on a delightful ride along the Palmewash Parkway, our central location is your ideal starting point. All our bike rentals include helmets, locks, patch kits, and pumps; just bring yourself, and you're ready to go!

Our fleet of Class 1 assist Gazelle Arroyo C5 Elite eBikes is permitted on the entire accessible stretch of the Okanagan Rail Trail. We are conveniently situated just 850 meters from the Okanagan Rail Trail and a mere 1.3 kilometers from the Palmewash Parkway access point. Rest assured, ample onsite parking is available for your added convenience. Explore the beauty of the region with ease, and embark on your cycling adventure from our well-located hub.

Reserve Your Bike

While we do accept walk-ins, booking online to make your reservation is the best way to ensure that we have a bike ready for you in the correct size and style as soon as you arrive at our shop. As an added bonus, online reservations have prefered pricing over walk-ins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made between seven days and 24hrs from the reservation date and time will receive a one-time reschedule for a future date.
Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice are subject to the full cost of the reservation.
Your reserved time is the time that is allotted for your reservation. If you do not arrive on time, or require additional time to complete waivers, this will effect the time available for your rental. eg: Your reserved start time is 12pm for a 2 hour rental, your return time is 2pm. If you arrive at 12:15pm, your return time is still 2pm. If you arrive at 12pm and your party has not completed all of their waivers, this will impact your ability to start at 12pm, your return time is still 2pm.
Customers who do not show up for their booking will have their equipment held for the first hour (60 minutes) from the designated start time.

If you rent a bike and decide that you can’t live without it, we’ll gladly put your rental fee towards the purchase of a new bike. Take home a new bicycle within 30 days of your bike rental and we’ll credit you up to one week’s worth of rental fees!
